An oxygen militia sets out to track down six musicians violating the law. In what is perhaps their last concert, each of them offers up a musical path of his own, like a voice rising up against a tyrannical regime. With gentle determination, the clandestine marching band takes us to the heart of what the future may hold for all of us.
